Giovani Creativi. Le origini del genio
Rejected visual identity for an art exhibition held in Rome at Palazzo Massimo between 19.11.2019 and 31.01.2020.
Giovani Creativi aimed to intercept creative genius's matrix in Italy's history transmitting it in a sort of bridge between ancient and contemporary.
In this proposal, the ancientness is suggested using a typeface based on the shapes of the letters engraved in Roman lapidary inscriptions. Fragments of an imaginary Roman inscription that actually contains information on the exhibition can be glimpsed beyond an organic background and a yellow field, standing for contemporary.
